DOES MY PROJECT NEED TITLE 24?

If your project requires a building permit, you will likely need to show Title 24 compliance. If it's a remodel and you are changing your house's energy consumption (changes to the AC, furnace, water heater, etc.) or envelope (changes to the roof, walls, windows, etc.), you will need a Title 24 report. All new construction projects need a Title 24 report.

Our average Title 24 Calculations & Compliance Package costs $500.
